Template folders, search and numbers
Sorting templates into folders, finding one fast, copying it, and seeing how each one did.
Folders
Open a template and type a Folder name, like Horizon outreach. Use a slash for a sub-folder: Horizon outreach/French. The Templates page groups templates by folder, A to Z, with loose templates last. Click a folder's name to fold it away. A folder disappears by itself when nothing is left in it.
Folders never change an email
Moving a template between folders only changes where it shows on the Templates page. Campaigns that use it are not affected.
Numbers per template
Each template shows how many emails it sent across all campaigns, its reply rate (real replies, not out-of-office), bounces and when it last went out. A dash means it hasn't been sent yet. For a follow-up's version B, the numbers count under the version-B template.
Example
Your English first email shows 23 sent and a 9% reply rate; the French one 24 sent and 4%. Open the French one, borrow the English opening line, and watch its rate over the next week.
Search and copy
The search box matches names, subjects and folder names. Copy makes a copy in the same folder and opens it, so you can change it without touching the original that live campaigns use.
