Ready emails: the cold-outreach library
23 ready emails for first touches, follow-ups, meetings and customers, and how to make one your own.
New template opens a library of ready emails in four groups: Cold outreach (first emails to people who don't know you), Follow-ups (a short nudge, something useful, proof it works, a last note), Meetings (two times to choose, a missed call, a recap) and Customers & newsletters.
- 1
Pick one
Each card says what it's for and shows its subject.
- 2
Replace the [bracketed parts]
Every part in square brackets is yours to write. Vecta warns you before sending an email that still has one.
- 3
Save it in a folder
Put the four emails of one outreach in one folder, so they stay together.
No unsubscribe link in cold emails
The cold emails end with "just reply 'no' and I won't write again" instead of an unsubscribe link: in personal one-to-one outreach, people opt out by replying. Newsletters keep the unsubscribe link, and you can add {{unsubscribe_link}} to any email.
Example
A four-email outreach: Problem first on day 1, Short nudge on day 5, Proof it works on day 10 and Last note on day 17.
