A signature for each mailbox
Paste your HTML signature once and every email from that mailbox ends with it, in every campaign and every answer.
- 1
Open the mailbox
Mailboxes, then the mailbox. The Signature card is under its settings.
- 2
Paste the HTML
From Gmail, Outlook or a signature maker. The preview shows it as recipients will see it.
- 3
Save
From now on every email from this mailbox ends with it: campaign emails, test emails and answers from the Inbox.
A mailbox signature replaces the workspace signature (Settings) for that mailbox. Leave it empty and nothing changes: emails go out exactly as before.
Signature twice?
If your templates already have the signature typed into them, take it out of the templates before saving it on the mailbox, or people get it twice.
Pictures
A picture must be hosted online (an https address). A picture on your computer or on localhost doesn't reach anyone, and Vecta warns you when it sees one.
Example
Your Horizon mailbox gets the dark Horizon card; your Marketive mailbox gets the Marketive one. A campaign sent through either automatically ends with the right one.
