Finding your way around a campaign
The campaigns table, a campaign's four tabs (Editor, People, Results, Hours and rules) and a contact's Campaigns tab.
The campaigns table
Campaigns lists every campaign in one table: how many emails it has, how many are waiting, sent, replied and bounced, how many people you paused, when it may send, and a status that says what it is doing right now (see What a campaign's status means). Tabs split Active, Drafts, Finished and Archived; search by name. A campaign the bounce brake paused is called out above the table.
Inside a campaign
| Tab | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Editor | The emails as a column, joined by their waits ("Wait 2 working days"), each with its numbers and its versions. Edit opens one email with a live preview for a real contact; Add an email adds a follow-up. |
| People | How many are in progress, paused, replied, bounced and finished; Add newcomers from a list; and a table of everyone with where they are, when their next email is due, and Pause, Resume or Take out. |
| Results | Each email's and each version's numbers, the last 30 days, which links were clicked, the CSV download, and every run. |
| Hours and rules | When it may send, which mailboxes send it (with their limits and gap), and when it stops for someone. |
Example
Ana says she never got your follow-up. Open the campaign, People tab, search for her: her row says Email 2 due · out of office, so it waits until Friday. Open her name to see the same on her contact page, under Campaigns.
One contact's campaigns
On a contact's page, the Campaigns tab shows every campaign they are in: where they are, what comes next and when, which mailbox sends it, and any out-of-office reply. Pause or take them out of one campaign from there. Campaigns that skipped them say why.
The first email
Email 1 is the campaign's template, so on the Editor tab it opens read-only with a link to the template. Change the template and new runs and newcomers get the new words.
