Finding your way: the menu, New and search
What is in the side menu, where Settings, Team and Trash went, the New button, and searching or jumping anywhere.
The side menu holds the work you do every day, in three groups: Outreach (Campaigns, Inbox, Templates), People (Contacts, Lists) and Sending (Mailboxes, Deliverability). Home at the top is the overview of today and this week.
Where the other pages are
Click your name at the bottom of the menu. It opens Settings, Team, Your profile, Trash, What's new, Help Center, Support, Report a problem, light or dark, less motion, and Sign out. A dot on your name means there are release notes you haven't read.
New and search
- New starts a campaign, a template, a contact import or a mailbox from any page.
- Search or jump to… (or
⌘K,Ctrl+Kon Windows) finds any page or action by typing a few letters, like "tra" for Trash. - A green dot next to Campaigns means emails are going out right now. A number on Inbox is how many new replies you haven't opened.
Example
You want to restore a template you deleted. Click your name at the bottom of the menu, then Trash. Or press ⌘K, type "trash", and press Enter.
