Terms of use: Vecta

These terms are between you and MARKETIVE HUB SRL ("Marketive Hub", "we"), the maker of Vecta. By using Vecta you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company.

Vecta sends email campaigns through your own mailbox, keeps your contacts and templates, and shows you what happened to each email. We keep improving it, so features can change. We'll tell you before we remove something you rely on.

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away at mark@marketivehub.com if you think someone else got in.

Don't use Vecta to break the law, to send spam, to harm others, or to try to break or copy the app. When Vecta connects to other services (your mail provider, Google), you also follow their rules.

• Email only people who have a reason to expect your message. Don't use bought or scraped lists.
• Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Never remove it, and never email someone who has unsubscribed.
• You are responsible for the content of your emails and for following the email and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients.
• You send through your own mailbox, so your provider's sending limits and rules apply to you.

Everything you put into Vecta stays yours. We use it only to run the app for you, as the privacy policy explains. You can export it, and delete it, at any time.

We work hard to keep Vecta running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be down or never have a bug. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit or lost business). Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, or 100 EUR for free use. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using Vecta at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why. After an account closes, you have 30 days to export your data before we delete it.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of Romania. Its courts decide any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you the right to go to your own courts.
